Structural Reports

At BSC, we undergo inspections of varies properties/structures to provide detailed structural reports. Building defects are highlighted, further investigations instructed and cost effective solutions offered. Depending upon cause and/or severity of defects insurers may be involved. These reports are also especially useful when selling or purchasing a property, and provide recommendations on the action that should be taken if required.
