Magnoila Apartments

Beaumont Structural Consultants provided full structural design and below ground drainage design for the southern block at the Magnolia Apartments.

The project comprised of seven apartments with undercover parking at ground floor level.

The piled structure was a braced steel frame with timber roof and reinforced concrete floor slabs using metal decking.
