BSC were lead consultants on this project and were involved in the design and detail of the structure.
The new build was single block with externally insulated render with a reinforced concrete frame designed to support the load bearing.
The clients brief was to have the flexibility of arranging the floor layout configuration in the future without compromising the load bearing structure.
